1. How can I contact customer service? We’re here to help! Please email us at customerservice@nexshelf.com and our team will respond as quickly as possible.

2. Where do you ship from and do you ship worldwide? We ship from Hong Kong and deliver worldwide.

3. Can I change or cancel my order? We aim to process orders as fast as possible. Any changes or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests after this time cannot be accommodated.

4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.

5. When will my order be processed? All orders are processed from our warehouse. We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow extra processing time during holidays and peak sale seasons.

6. How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high demand, most orders take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

7. What if I don’t receive my order? If you do not receive your order within 30 days after it has shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

8. Will I be charged customs duties or taxes? Our prices are shown in US Dollars and are tax-free at checkout. However, you may be responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing in your country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

9. How do I return an item? Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@nexshelf.com for return instructions.

10. When will I receive my refund? All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to your card-issuing bank within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve your cancellation.
  • Please contact your bank or credit card company directly if you have questions about when the credit will appear on your statement.
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your bank/credit card provider, as it can sometimes take additional time to post.
